Money-Back Guarantee

New Pro subscribers are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Promptafire Pro within 14 days of your first payment, contact us at support@promptafire.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable
  • You may cancel at any time — your access continues through the end of your current billing period
  • We do not provide partial-month refunds

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Go to the Pricing page
  2. Click “Manage Subscription”
  3. Select “Cancel Plan” in the Stripe billing portal

Cancellation is immediate and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to paid content until then.

How to Request a Refund

Within the 14-day guarantee period, email support@promptafire.com with your account email address and the subject line “Refund Request.” Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Repeated subscribe-and-refund behavior
  • Bulk downloading of course content before requesting a refund
  • Account sharing or terms of service violations
